Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the destination country. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that , import taxes, and VAT may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
We will include a customs declaration with your order, detailing the contents and value. However, any customs-related issues are the responsibility of the customer to resolve.

Import duties and taxes may apply to Canadian customers based on your location and the value of the order. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout.

No customs duties or taxes are applicable for domestic orders.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2–3 business days. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.

6. Returns and Cancellations

We accept returns for defective rugs within of delivery. Custom rugs are not eligible for return unless defective due to the personalized nature of the product.
In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, you may have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receipt, subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately after confirmation. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your rugs within the estimated timeframe, please note that international shipments to the UK and Canada may experience delays due to customs processing or external factors such as weather or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Verify that the product meets your needs before completing the purchase, as non-defective returns are not accepted.
