At Rugvo, we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for all our customers. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment for all orders:

- PayPal: You can also use PayPal for secure payment processing.
All transactions are processed securely and are subject to the approval of the payment provider. If your payment is declined, please check your payment details or contact your provider for assistance.
2. Installment Payments with Shop Pay
We offer an option to pay in 4 interest-free installments through Shop Pay. When you choose this payment option at checkout, Shop Pay will break your total payment into four equal installments, which will be charged every two weeks. This option is available for all orders placed within the United States.
How Shop Pay Installments Work:
- First Payment: Charged at the time of checkout.
- Subsequent Payments: Automatically charged every 2 weeks for 3 additional payments.
- No interest or hidden fees as long as payments are made on time.
To use Shop Pay, simply select the option at checkout, log in or sign up, and follow the prompts to complete your payment. Please note that eligibility for Shop Pay installments may vary based on the order amount and credit approval.
3. Billing Information
Please ensure that all billing details (name, address, and payment method) are accurate before completing your order. Incorrect billing details may result in delays or failed payment processing.
4. Payment Security
Your payment information is processed through secure channels to protect your personal and financial data. We comply with industry standards to maintain the security of your transaction, and we do not store your sensitive payment details.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include the details of your purchase. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law. The applicable rate will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the checkout process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on how refunds are handled.
8. Currency
All payments are processed in USD. If you are shopping from outside the United States, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
